Xado Protective Grease

XADO Protective GreaseIt is designed to protect units and mechanisms operating under extreme loads conditions and friction surfaces from wear. It enables to eliminate factory defects of new frictionless bearings and prolongs the service life of the parts by 2–4 times. It is a universal substitute for any all purpose lithium greases. The patented formula of this modern grease is based on the composition of XADO Revitalizant and ЕР (Extreme Pressure) complex.

VeryLube Flushing Oil




VERYLUBE FLUSHING OIL is designed to clean oil systems of engines and transmissions. Its special detergent-dispersant, anti-wear and extreme pressure additives allow safe flushing of the oil system (for 30-40 minutes) and its efficient cleaning from all types of contaminations (up to potential purity). During flushing XADO revitalizant creates a protective reserve against wear.

In contrast to other flushing oils, VERYLUBE flushing oil contains a complex of special additives (detergent-dispersant, anti-wear and extreme pressure), it allows safe flushing of the engine oil system up to the potential purity.

WHY IT IS NECESSARY TO FLUSH THE ENGINE?
The oil contains additives and these additives are used and consumed during engine operation. When the
engine operates under severe con ditions (daily trips for shot distance, "start stop" drive in a city, long time operation at idling during traffic jam), additives are consumed much faster. The oil usually exhausts its reserve
of protective and detergent proper ties by the time of oil change. Therefore, when you drain the used oil and pour the new one, the addi tives in the new oil will have to work on the things which the old oil hasn't finished. The new oil will have to wash old deposits instead of protecting the engine from further contaminations. That is why you need to flush the engine before changing the oil. The engine should be cleaned with a flushing oil. Special detergent/dispersant additives in the flushing oil dissolve and wash away residual contaminations and prepare the engine for the new oil.

APPLICATION:
FOR ENGINES:
  • Drain out used oil;
  • Pour in VERYLUBE flushing oil until the minimum point on the probe;
  • Start the engine and let it idle for 10-15 minutes (if the engine is badly contaminated – for 30-40 minutes);
  • Stop the engine, pour out the flushing oil, and replace oil filter.
  • Pour in new engine oil.
FOR TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLIES:
  • Drain out used oil;
  • Pour in VERYLUBE flushing oil into the transmission assembly up to the nominal level;
  • Let the assembly work without load (with put-up wheels) for 10-15 minutes, and up to 30-40 minutes in case of severe contamination;
  • Turn off the engine and drain out the flushing oil;
  • Pour in new transmissions oil.
Attention! Do not drive with the flushing oil in the system!

METAL CONDITIONER® TURBO

 

METAL CONDITIONER® TURBO is a modern nano-technology product which is designed for complex protection and restoration of friction units of engines (including turbocharged ones), that is why it is called “TURBO”.

Each drop of metal conditioner TURBO contains milliards of bearings formulated from molecules of carbon C60 and molecules of aliphatic hydrocarbons reinforced with halogens.
Round polyatomic molecule С60 was called FULLEREN (in honour of famous American architect B. Fuller who suggested to build openwork dome structures from pentagons and sexangles). The chemists presupposed the existence of such molecules already in 1970ties but these molecules were discovered only in 1985. The discovery of fullerens was rewarded with Nobel Prize in chemistry.

Add the content into the warmed up engine through the oil filler neck in proportion 1 tube (125 ml) per 3 – 5 L of motor oil. The most optimal concentration – 3% from the oil volume. Permissible overdose is 50% (i.e. up to 4,5% from the oil volume). The product possesses gentle cleaning properties promoting rings anticoking. Use metal conditioner TURBO each time you change oil for better results.
The product guarantees increase of engine stability to wear by 2 - 4 times, more than 300.000,00 km run without overhaul (if you use the product since the car running in).:

JET 100 Fuel System Cleaner for Diesel Engines

           
When using regular diesel fuel, the deposits are formed on the jets and fuel system is contaminated. These deposits decrease the engine power, increase the fuel consumption and exhaust emissions, cause vibration at idling.


Synthetic fuel system cleaner JET 100:

  • cleans jet sprayers, fuel pipes, pistons and combustion chamber from deposits, prevents its further formation 
  • restores engine power and its parameters to the nominal ones

Application Instructions:

Gel Revitalizant for Small Engines

Designed for restoring repair and wear protection of engine parts with working volume up to 1000 cc with combined and separate fuel and oil system. Step 1.

Start the engine and let it idle for no less than 2 min. Run as normal


Step 2.
When refilling the fuel tank repeat Step 1.


Step 3.
Repeat Step 2.

Step 1.
Warm up the engine to the operating temperature
Squeeze out the content of one sachet into the filler of the oil tank
Start the engine and let it idle for no less than 2 min. Run as normal

Step 2.
Repeat Step 1 after 150-250 km (90-150 miles) run of a motorcycle or 4 hours of engine operation(equivalent of 120-150 miles run)

Step 3.
Repeat Step 1 after 150-250 km (90-150 miles) run of a motorcycle or 4 hours of engine operation (equivalent of 120-150 miles run)


NOTES:
The compound is equally effective for any two- and four-cycle engines of any model.

The treatment is regarded to be completed after no less than 1500 km run or 20 hours of engine operation. It is not necessary to change oil in four-cycle engines before the treatment.

Double the dose if the volume of the engine is more than 1000 cc.

XADO revitalizant is compatible with any additives, dopes, metal conditioners, remetallizants etc. regardless of sequence of their application.

The protective cermet coating forms on the surface made of any alloys. If the surface wear is about 100the worn parts should be replaced.
